Medical Evacuation Insurance Providers

Due to the high cost of emergency evacuations, all guests are required to hold Medical Evacuation Insurance for the duration of their experience and at least SEVEN (7) DAYS BEYOND their return trip to Anchorage or Whitehorse. $300,000 (USD) minimum coverage is required for all expeditions. Depending on the type of trip you select that coverage must include provisions for mountaineering and skiing, to include roped travel and climbing. Trip Cancellation Insurance is not required but we enforce a strict Refund Policy and strongly advise you purchase Trip Cancellation and Interruption Insurance to protect yourself against an event which may force you to cancel your trip or leave the experience early. As our expertise lies in Kluane expeditions — not in the nuances of insurance — we strongly recommend you address specific questions to your insurance agent and take time to thoroughly understand the inclusions and exclusions of the policy you purchase.
